Every aspect of my visit was well-organized, thoughtful, and clearly communicated. The new patient appointment was very thorough. Deissy was an awesome hygienist and did a fantastic job communicating with me. Dr. Pigneri was very kind and very thorough. I had one cavity and they showed me the scans and explained how you can tell it is a cavity and not a mistake from the scan. A member of the office staff (I’m not sure how to spell your name, sorry, but thank you for the help!) showed me a breakdown of the costs of the filling or the crown so that I wouldn’t be surprised if it ended up needing the crown, which is more expensive.
They also recommended Invisalign and showed me on the scans exactly how my teeth are fitting together and why it’s causing recession. When I explained that I wouldn’t be able to get Invisalign for quite a while with my current salary, they were very understanding and we talked about another way to stop damage from being done until I have the money to fix it. I really appreciated that they were understanding and did not push any procedures that I didn’t need or couldn’t afford.
I had a great experience here and will be recommending Houston Dentists at Post Oak to absolutely anybody.
