I had existing complications with a crown done at a different dental office and I knew that I needed to get a root canal and post put in so that I could put on a proper crown. When I first came across Houston Dentists at Post Oak, I was very skeptical. Once I got on the phone and spoke to Maribel, she really helped put my mind at ease with her calm demeanor and how knowledgeable she was about the procedure and pricing. During my appointment, Vanessa and Dr. Nicholas Pigneri took very great care of me. Vanessa made sure that I was comfortable at all times, providing me with snacks and beverages, as well as a warm blanket. She always inquired about how I was doing, making sure my needs were always met. Dr. Pigneri was very attentive. As a medical professional, he first suggested a less invasive procedure to help solve my crowning issue, but as the overseeing dentist for my best care, he showed genuine concern and care when I explained to him the reasons why I felt the root canal was the right decision for me which made me feel very seen and heard. Throughout the entire process, there was no pain or discomfort, and I was able to get everything done in one visit. Overall, the team here at Houston Dentists at Post Oak is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to experience, and I highly recommend this office for anyone who is looking to do a root canal and crown.

I heard of this office from my extended family. When you walk in, immediately you are immediately greeted by the amazing front desk. They helped me promptly and I didn’t wait long for my teeth cleaning.The entire office is super clean, modern, and has an amazing view. All of the staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Vanessa and Maribel were amazing. I was extremely apprehensive as I haven’t visited the dentist as regularly as needed. They made me feel very comfortable and explained everything clearly. I was very impressed. Doctor Pignieri made me feel at ease with the procedure as he talked me through all of the steps and was very attentive to my comfort level. Overall amazing experience.
I work in the building and I needed to see the dentist right away. My dentist was not available, but Dr. Pigneri was. Everyone in that office is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Maribel and Vanessa were able to accommodate some last-minute schedule changes, and it's always a pleasure seeing them. I am doing my teeth straightening treatment with Dr.Pigneri, and I couldn't be happier with the results and how streamlined they made the entire process.
I’ve been going here for about 18 months now, and they are truly a joy to go to. The whole office is fun, welcoming, and runs so efficiently. They’re always super quick without ever making me feel rushed, and they’re genuinely great at what they do. Over time I’ve really gotten to know the team, and that makes every visit even better. They’ve also been incredibly accommodating — when I had an emergency issue, they got me in last minute, and they’ve always been willing to work with my schedule. I highly recommend them!
