Love the service here at HDPO, all the dental assistants, office manager, and the concierge are really sweet and make sure you're well taken care of and comfortable, even if you're really anxious. The hygienists are also great at cleaning out my teeth, with great customer service of course! I always leave this place with a (clean) smile on my face ? Dr. Pigneri is a really funny guy and excellent at what he does. and definitely recommend anyone to come here. If you're coming here for the first time, here's some directions to help you out, it was a little confusing for me at first. If you're coming through the parking garage (in between 2 buildings) , take an immediate left, park in visitors parking, make sure to go through the doors next to the big number sign that says 1330, then take a left and go through the double doors and then take a left inside and the elevators will be there. Click the 13th floor and once you go up, the office will be on your immediate right! BRING YOUR PARKING VOUCHER so the concierge can validate it for you and so you don't have to pay for parking, they make it really simple so there's no need to worry! Thanks HDPO!!

My experience with Dr. Pigneri and staff was 5 stars! I couldn't be happier with the care I received from everyone. Deissy is a wonderful hygienist-very thorough and explains everything about the procedure. She answers any and all questions you may have. Dr. Pigneri is a very competent and thorough dentist. He checks you for any oral/dental concerns and answers all your questions regarding treatment and care of your teeth. The front desk ladies are wonderful and happy to help you with scheduling, insurance etc. All in all I would definitely recommend Houston Dentists at Post Oak for your dental care!

Cracked a tooth and needed a root canal. A friend referred me to Houston Dentist at Post Oak b/c he had a pleasant experience (as pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be). Called Dr. Pigneri's office and his staff fit me in right away. Was a first time patient, but didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get onboarded into their system. The process was seamless, the experience was first class, the facilities are super clean and the technology is state of the art. After my root canal, they 3D printed my crown and replaced the damaged tooth all on-site. If you're in the market for a new dentist, I highly recommend giving them a visit!

GREAT experience here. I'd highly recommend this office to anyone. Every aspect of my visit was well-organized, thoughtful, and clearly communicated. The new patient appointment was very thorough. Deissy was an awesome hygienist and did a fantastic job communicating with me. Dr. Pigneri was very kind and very thorough. I had one cavity and they showed me the scans and explained how you can tell it is a cavity and not a mistake from the scan. A member of the office staff (I'm not sure how to spell your name, sorry, but thank you for the help!) showed me a breakdown of the costs of the filling or the crown so that I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up needing the crown, which is more expensive. They also recommended Invisalign and showed me on the scans exactly how my teeth are fitting together and why it's causing recession. When I explained that I wouldn't be able to get Invisalign for quite a while with my current salary, they were very understanding and we talked about another way to stop damage from being done until I have the money to fix it. I really appreciated that they were understanding and did not push any procedures that I didn't need or couldn't afford. I had a great experience here and will be recommending Houston Dentists at Post Oak to absolutely anybody.

This is a fabulous practice. Every single employee is professional, courteous, very friendly and truly invested in your dental health. I highly recommend this practice to anyone new to the area or looking to start in a different practice. Location very easily accessible and abundant free parking. The building and parking lot both are spotless.

Dr. Pigneri and his staff are the absolute BEST!!! I had a complete crown done in less than 2hours! Once the anesthesia wore off I had no pain at all and was able to eat and drink with no problem! They made the whole process smooth and even provided a blanket and pillow to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this dentist office, they never disappoint!

Dr. Pigneri is kind and straight forward Dentist who is available and will personally text you back at any time with any concerns. . The whole staff is kind. Ms. Alyssa reminds me of myself. She is a straight shooter and explains every process on how to wear the orthotics.

The staff at Houston Dentists are so kind and thorough. It was my first visit and the office was beautiful with state-of-the-art equipment and so well put together. I was given a ton of in depth information about their process and my results. I didn't even have any questions because they covered EVERYTHING with me. They fit me in early in the morning and was able to do a complete work up and my cleaning. Daisy was awesome and thorough! Have I said thorough yet? I am so glad I decided to give Houston Dentists a try!

I searched on line found Dr. Pigneri, and my husband drove 14 hours from SMA in Mexico to Houston, I visited the clinic yesterday and a very skilled lady and Dr.Pigneri took hours for helping me to get some procedures done. In whole process, they explained to me very well and they are very nice to me, absolutely I had wonderful visiting yesterday! For having chronic TMJ problems I went through a lot unpleasant treatments before and I really hope Dr. Pigneri with his great assistant and the modern technology can fix me! The whole team was amazing !!!! The best experience I have had at a dentist. I was a new patient in need of an emergency root canal . I was able to be seen an hour after I called the office and got the procedure done in minutes. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Nick and the whole squad for relieving me of a crippling pain so that I was able to get back to living life.

Dr. Pigneri and his staff are amazing. Maribel always has a friendly smile on her face and coordinates all scheduling effectively. Every time I come to the practice I am greeted with smiles and good wishes. Maribel is always "en pointe" with my Financial and Accounting information, all smiles and professionalism. Vanessa combines care with knowledge, experience and cool efficiency. Alyssa is "Janey on the Spot", able to read my questions and sense my concerns, even before I can articulate them. Hats off to a cohesive, competent and compassionate group of folks.

I have been to many dentists in my 63 years, I must say these professionals are the best! I have had a considerable amount of work done and each visit was worry free because I knew whichever procedure I was getting done it was going to be managed pain free. Of all the appointments (many) never did I have to wait past my appointment time to be seen, that’s amazing! Dr. Pigneri has truly changed my life, I had so many problems, he gave me a clear understanding of what was needed and a timeline to get it all done. Over a couple of years we made it to the finish line and now I've been on regular treatments to keep me out of trouble! The entire staff is just great!

The receptionist who answered the phone was very professional and welcoming. I have crowns that need to be fixed, a few cavities and an extraction. I really hope my experience is a good one. Seeing as I’m terrified of the dentist . Fingers crossed 🤞🏾
